Lauren Rodgers

Chief Strategy Officer

Lauren Rodgers, MBA-HSM, is a senior executive in Healthcare and will serve as our Chief Strategy Officer.

Currently, Lauren serves as Vice President of Impact Strategy and governance in the Global Impact Office of McKesson Corporation. She brings over 10 years of experience leading enterprise-wide innovation and transformation initiatives for some of the largest for-profit health systems and establishing governance across complex integrated delivery networks. 

Lauren holds a Dual Master's in Health Systems Management and an MBA from Texas Women's University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Healthcare Administration from Dallas Baptist University.

As a lifelong resident of Southern Dallas, Lauren brings a deep understanding of our community's needs. Her commitment to our mission is evident through her proactive engagement in volunteer initiatives and advocacy for health equity and minority representation. Her dedication to fostering collaboration within the community will significantly contribute to our organization's positive impact.
