Shardé Redmon

Community Programming

Sharde Redmon was born in Dallas, Texas. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Sharde is passionate about unlocking the potential and building up the confidence of young brown and black children who face adversities in life. As she grew up, Sharde also struggled with the constant question, "Why do you talk so proper?" Despite this, she hopes to make an early impact on her young readers and encourage them to embrace being different.
